Acting as a general contractor, manufacturing composite materials, assembling the UAV airframe, testing and licensing:
- Definition of initial data and key requirements for the design being developed, analysis and selection of polymer composite materials for the structure: analysis and selection of sample composite materials (PCM) for use in the airframe structure; thermal and strength assessments; selection of key manufacturing processes for the VTOL UAV competition; determination of the range of necessary technological equipment and development of design documentation for them; experimental studies of materials and structurally similar models.
- Finalization of design and technological documentation for the experimental prototype of the VTOL UAV body; thermal and strength calculations; research into the selection of optimal technological modes for processing PCM into structures; manufacture of technological equipment necessary for the manufacture and testing of the experimental VTOL UAV body; development of programs and methods for conducting static tests; and testing of technological prototypes.
- Manufacturing of an experimental prototype of the UAV VTOL body; conducting static tests of the experimental prototype; adjusting the design documentation and technical specifications based on the results of development and testing.
- Development of technological documentation intended for the manufacture and testing of a prototype without assigning a letter, based on design documentation that does not have a letter.
- Manufacturing and testing and/or development and analysis of material models (if necessary) and/or development and analysis of electronic models (if necessary)
- Production and testing of physical models (if necessary) and/or development and analysis of electronic models (if necessary)

- implementation of variants of possible solutions, establishment of the features of variants (characteristics of variants of component parts, etc.), their design development.
- development and justification of technical solutions aimed at ensuring reliability indicators established by the technical specifications and technical proposal;

- Evaluation of the product for its compliance with ergonomic and technical aesthetic requirements. If necessary, mockups are produced to establish the ergonomic and aesthetic characteristics of the product and to facilitate comparison of various options based on these characteristics;

- selection of the optimal option(s) of the product, justification of the choice; adoption of fundamental decisions; confirmation (or clarification) of the requirements imposed on the product (technical characteristics, quality indicators, etc.), established by the technical specifications and technical proposal, and determination of technical and economic characteristics and indicators not established by the technical specifications and technical proposal;
- identification, based on the adopted fundamental decisions, of new products and materials that should be developed by other enterprises (organizations), and preparation of technical requirements for these products and materials;
- drawing up a list of works to be carried out at a subsequent stage of development, in addition to or clarification of the works provided for in the technical specifications and technical proposal;

KAMA LLC has partnership agreements with Russian aviation and mechanical engineering companies (OOO NPP POLIMEKHKON, OOO OKBM, OOO NPF ROTOR, MNIIPU, etc.) on cooperation in the production and testing of UAVs, the design and manufacture of technological equipment, and the use of production capacities.
